Overview: Beach launch into protected bay. Lots of sea caves and rock garden opportunities.

Directions: 3 miles south of Mendocino on Highway 1. Beach parking is on the ocean side.

Parking: Free parking, right at edge of beach.

Facilities: Pit toilets, water, wetsuit shower.

Amenities: Town is 3 miles north, and has stores, restaurants, etc. There is a small store just south of here (short drive).

Cautions: Surf can be large at times. Can be crowded during abalone season.

Kayak Fishing Info: Abalone!
