A Double Century - from Mountain View to San Luis Obispo

Here is your opportunity to participate in the 4th annual Bishops Brevet a semi supported bicycle ride just over 200 miles.  The route follows the more scenic parts of the Highway 25 corridor from Mountain View to San Luis Obispo.

We’ll provide sag support with a single vehicle (or two if needed for a larger group of riders).  The sag vehicle will be equipped with a bike rack that can carry 7 bikes, food, water, and extra gear.  In previous years, we had 9 rest stops at parks an missions.  This year, the rest stops aren’t as likely to have restrooms (due to the remoteness of the route).  You will need to reserve a room in San Luis Obispo if you want to spend Saturday night, and we will rent 1 or 2 cars to carry everyone back to Morgan Hill on Sunday after breakfast.  We will provide food, but if you have special dietary needs, please be sure to bring your own food.  Also, please be prepared to help split the cost of the return rental car.
