Why is Permission Denied in Mojave?
Apple has increaased Security with the introduction of Mojave. Apps that access resources on your computer need to be given permission to run. The first time you run one of our apps on Mojave, you will be asked to give permission for our app to access certain resources. If you deny access, certain features of our programs will not function. If you have already denied access, you can change your selection with the following steps:

  

I paid for the program, but did not get the download link!
This is the most commonly asked question. The most common solution is to check your junk mail. If you purchase software from us, you should expect to receive the link within about 10 minutes - never longer. If you have checked your junk mail, please also check to be sure that you gave PayPal the correct email address! This is the second most common reason for people not getting their downloads. If paypal has an expired email address that you can no longer access, the only way you can get the software is to contact us (see button to the right).

It still says I am using the free trial version, even though I paid!
In order to install the software, you will need to delete the free trial version from your computer. Simply move the free trial to the trash, and empty your trash. Once the free trial has been deleted, download the registered copy from the email link which you received.

I'd like to upgrade to the latest version
Good news: Updates are free for life on all of our applications! This is how we thank our customers for their valuable input and feature requests. To get the free updates, simply return to the email you received from us when you made your original purchase. Just re-download the application from that link, and replace the app in your applications folder with the new download. If you accidentally deleted the email that we sent you, please contact us using the button in the upper right hand corner of this page.

Your program does not work on my OS!
On each program page, in the left hand column, we list the supported OS's Please verify that yours is listed. Prior to purchasing any program, please be sure to download and test the free trial to ensure your satisfaction.

I want to request a feature...
Great! We love feature requests - they are the number one reason why our software is so good - feedback from our customers helps us constantly improve. Use the contact button in the upper right hand corner of this page.

How do I uninstall your software?
If you are not satisfied with the software, and would like to remove it from the computer, simply move the application to the trash and delete. This will remove the application from your computer. A few of our programs also save additional files on your hard disk, which you may want to delete if you want to recover file space. This applies to: Folder Icon Maker, PDF Merge, and MiJournal. These extra files are in the ~/Library/Application Support Folder. Please contact us with the button on the right, and we can walk you through deleting these files.

I Still Need Help. How Do I Contact You?
Use the button in the upper right hand corner of the screen to contact us. Please be sure to include your phone number and your name so it is easy for us to reach you. Also, be careful to ensure that you enter the correct email address in the box. Too often, customers have entered the wrong email address and no phone number, only to be surprised when they didn't hear back from us. Please don't be one of those people!
