To purchase an item for sale on our pages, you have several
payment options. You can click the "Buy Now" button, and be
re-directed to Pay Pal's website. On Pay-Pal's website, you can choose
whether you want to pay with a credit card, bank transfer, or from your
Pay-Pal balance.
No financial information is exchanged with the
gotoes.org website; your financial info stays with Pay-Pal. For more
information, see our Privacy Statement.
We charge a flat rate for shipping for items that need to be
shipped. We also offer local pick-up (if applicable), if you would like to save
shipping costs. You can arrange for local pick up, You can contact us using the Contact Form. All items will be shipped from California in
two business days (or less) from the receipt of payment. All items
will be shipped using USPS Parcel Post. If you require a different
shipping method, you will have to contact us and probably add the
appropriate fees.
We accept returns for any physical items only. (Sorry, NO returns
allowed for digital media, documents or software ordered via this site)!
If you are purchasing software, please be sure to download and use the free
trial first! If you
wish to return a physical item for any reason, we will refund the money you paid minus
paypal fees and actual shipping fees. For example, suppose you
purchase an item for $20 + $5.50 shipping. You will have paid us $25.50. If
our Pay-Pal fees on this purchase are $1.05, and our actual
shipping fees are $3.95, you will get back $20.50.
Some of our software is free for you to use; there are free trials, and
even programs that are free to use forever. We have created these
items for your enjoyment/utility. By downloading any software /
program from our website, you agree to not hold us liable for any damages or
data loss that may occur. If you find our free software to be useful,
consider making a donation.
Some things for sale on this site are digital media
(downloadable documents or files). These items are available to you
after your payment is received - either immediately after purchase via
PayPal... or via an email link. After you finish making your Pay Pal
payment, click the button that says, "Return to Merchant's Website."
Pay-Pal will then automatically re-direct you to a location where you can
download the document / file. If you have any trouble making this
download, check you junk mail filter. If you use Earthlink's spam guard, unblock gotoes.org.
