If the progress indicator freezes on you: Please CONTACT ME and let me know which browser you are using. Also to get it to work, please try using GOTOES|Strava tools in a different web browser. Also, you may want to disable certain browser extensions. One user had to disable the "Mega" browser extension that was blocking my site.
I have set the max execution time to 180 seconds , But I have seen many browsers time out after 90 to 130 seconds. If you hit the time out that means your files are too big. If the big files are FIT Files, please try shrinking your FIT files using my FIT -> CSV tool. You can then zip the exported CSV file and upload it to this tool again.
