Save multiple tcx files individually (don't combine)

There is a problem with uploading tcx files to Garmin Connect using Garmin's import screen. This github thread describes that it is possible to fix the problem by simply loading the file into the GOTOES tool and saving it again as a .tcx file. I have dozens of files that I need to repair in this way. It would be useful to be able to upload them in bulk and save them individually. Garmin won't accept multiple .tcx files that have been combined into a single file.
Note that even though the github thread relates to .tcx files exported from fitbit, this a generic problem, not specific to fitbit.
