Some people using Safari 14.0.1 on Mojave cannot upload files. This is not an issue with my website; it is an intermittent bug in the latest Safari. Current work-around is to use a different browser. You may also want to try using the "Click Here to add more Choose file buttons for iOS devices" which will give you additional buttons to select files from as shown in this image:

Hi guys - I changed the code a little today (Nov 27, 2020) so that if the tool detects that you're using Mobile Safari, it will inject different code than if you're using a non-safari browser. If you have problems, please post any issues or workarounds here.

Apple seems to have fixed this bug with Safari 14.0.3. If you still have the issue, please upgrade accordingly.
