Merge HR Data from One Run with Metrics from Another Run?

On a few of my treadmill activities, my Stryd pod wasn't synced with my Garmin watch and the pace is all over the place. I have run the same interval sessions for a few weeks in a row so I have an almost exact replica of the run with wonky pacing. I would like to combine the heartrate data from the wonky run with all other metrics from the replica run. I tried unchecking HR from one run and the rest of the metrics from the other run but it's not working.
Dec 1 run - Use all metrics but HR
Dec 8 run - Use HR data from this run and all other metrics from Dec 1 run. Combine into new Dec 8 run.

Is what I'm trying to do possible?

Yes, this is totally possible... except that when you merge files from two different dates/times, they get merged end-to-end according to their original date and time stamps.
You can overcome this, though, by using the
GOTOES time-shift tool.
- Since you want the output to be on December 8th, Load your Dec 1 run into the tool above.
- Choose "Time Shift" where it asks you to choose a method.
- Set the start time to Dec 8, 2025 05:23:51 (you want the Dec 1 activity to start when the Dec 8 activity started.
- Click the big blue upload button.
- On the next page, just hit the blue button at the bottom; make sure you're exporting the new file to your desktop. If you want, you can export all of the metrics except heart rate here (or you can do it in the next step)
- Take the new file you just made and merge it with the Dec 1 file using the GOTOES GPS Merge Tool.
You will see that once you follow the above steps, the timeline lines overlap instead of sitting at the two opposite ends of the panel.

That worked great, thanks!
