Strange... because it has always worked for me like this, until today! But I will follow your recommendations.
Thank you very much!

FAQ: Device name not appearing on Garmin Connect (solved)
Hello. I noticed when using your tool that the device is not appearing onto the Garmin Connect page. It used to show the watch I would be wearing that I could select on your tool. For curiosity, I tried it again and the same thing happened. I thought I should let you know. The device I tried to set ...

Ride is jumbled after merge.
We are working on a ride from Ohio to Wash DC and have each days file completed. The files look good in Strava and Garmin. Some of the files join perfectly, but two jumble up and go from less than 100 miles each to thousands of miles. Another two files join out of order and create an added straight ...

Total Ascent Not Showing Correctly on Garmin Connect
I have used your app for a fair bit now, but I may not have noticed this before. Here is the Fulgaz.fit file (link obfuscated) . When this gets Uploaded to Garmin and when I look at it in Fit File Viewer it says the total ascent is 1834m when it should actually be about 910m. That is what gets sent ...

Re: specify type of activity when sending
I read in the forum that if I put 'row' in the subject field of the email then the activity will automatically be saved as a 'Rowing' activity instead of a 'workout'? I tried that but it didn't work. Rowing works….but Row doesn’t

Re: Elevation Spikes making Virtual Rides Difficult.
Here is the elevation after using your tool. The blue line is the file I used as a sample. The red line is where I modified the blue file, adding in a big elevation spike; effectively "poisoning" it. The yellow line is where I took the "poisoned" file and ran it through your tool with the slider at ...

Elevation Spikes making Virtual Rides Difficult.
One of the cool features of a virtual riding platform such as Rouvy is that anyone can create a virtual ride from the video footage and GPS track of an activity. The problem though is that the final quality of the virtual route depends pretty much on the quality and accuracy of the GPS data used. We ...

Training Peaks - Unable to parse file
I have previously been able to use your tools to convert Peloton data (downloaded from Strava) so that it was able to uploaded to Training Peaks -- it worked fine for my last Peloton ride 11/5/2020 (I use that bike very infrequently) but was unsuccessful 12/25/2020. Error uploading to Training Peaks ...
