Thanks for getting back to me. I did select my time zone, but i was having all sorts of issues and wonder if it is because I was travelling across time zones.
In any case, I used the time shift tool to get something close enough which works as its a training run. Thanks again for building a great ...

output file wrong date?
My watch went awol during the run and did all sorts of weird stuff, so not sure if it's the source file, but i tried to merge it with a gpx file i created of the route. The gotoes section all shows Nov 8, but when uploaded to strava, it has Nov 7 date and over 25 hours on the run!
