Occasionally I help people repair their tracks. I email them the files, but then they do not how to get the repaired file into their account. This is a tutorial on how to get a repaired GPS track into your Strava account. This info only applies if I have emailed you a file, or if you downloaded the file from my tool. Otherwise, you should use the "Connect to Strava" feature and have the file automatically uploaded to your account.

Step 1:
Log into Strava on your computer. This is much easier on a computer than on a mobile device.
Step 2:
Click on the “+” sign by your profile picture and select “Upload Activity"
Step 3:
On the upper left hand side of the page, click on “File"
Step 4:
Click on “Choose Files” (the wording of this button may be slightly different if you are using Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Explorer, etc)….
Step 5:
Select your file (the one I sent you). Usually that is in a folder called "Downloads" - make sure that you have downloaded it from your mail if necessary. You can contact me if you cannot find the file I sent you.
Wait a few minutes as your file uploads - and soon you will see it in your account! Click the Save button to Save your file and you are done.
