Hello Fabio -
I received your email in addition to this forum post. The best way to change the temperature on you Garmin file is to load it into GOTOES and then click the "Edit Points" button. This button is blue, as seen in my sceenshot below.
Once the new window populates, just click on a temperature value and it will become editable.
