Problem identifying dev fields on merge

Noted something strange and it seems to only happen (as far as I can see) when merging files from BikeTerra and Garmin. The problem is not occurring when for example merging Coros and Garmin. Or maybe it is dependent on the streams present in both files.

When I load a BikeTerra fit only, the dev fields are correctly recognized - screenshot 1.
When I load that same BikeTerra fit in combination with the Garmin recorded fit, the dev fields from BikeTerra are no longer found - Screenshot 2. Some of the dev fields from the Garmin are now under BikeTerra but not all...

I attached both screenshots and fit files.
