Process more than 200 activities?

I was successfully pulled 236 activities from my Garmin to transfer to Strava. However, only the first 200 was visible. Where are the rest? I cannot seem to find like index button or something to see the last 36 activities, even though the tool said it found them.

In response to your request, I have bumped the allowable limit from 200 to 500. I also improved the viewer so you can choose between infinite-scroll and a "contained" scroll. This should make handling that many files a bit easier for the user. I still need to keep the per-transaction limit at 10 activities due to Garmin/Strava shared rate limits.
