Update distance in Garmin file or Strava file - Swim

Hi, I swam an indoor workout tracked on my garmin, but it didn't record the Kick drill for some reason. instead of 2200m my workout in Garmin and sync to Strava is 1675m.
In Garmin I can just update the workout but when i export the new file, it still shows 1675m in it.
so, I guess the question is, how can I update this in Strave. thanks

Did you try using gotoes? If so, did you use the “override distance” option at the bottom of the settings page?
