How to download GPX files individually

I have a ton of saved routes on Strava but will probably be unsubscribing from the premium version soon, and therefore losing access to those saved routes. I downloaded the saved routes as GPX files and need to add timestamps to be able to reupload them on Strava. I was able to upload multiple files to and use the "add time stamps" tool successfully, however I'd like to batch download the new files individually so I can reupload them to Strava individually. Is there anyway to do this, aside from going in one by one and downloading (I have about 100 saved routes)? Apologies if this is a super obvious fix and I'm just unaware.
