As many of you know, Concept2 has some issues with data recording. First, the data is recorded in 3-second intervals, and second, it doesn't record "rest" periods properly.

Because of this, I used to - and still do - merge Concept2 data with a GarminIQ app ...

maybe if i can only select the data i want from Connect IQ , than be all selected?

I tried a while to find a tool i cant embed 2 files, when i do my rowing. I cant find any Garmin IQ can read Distance/Speed from Concept2 Rowing .
So i record my Smo2 , HR With Garmin , and for Rowing a specific app uploaded speed/distance/Power .

I tried embbed the Smo2 Field in one file ...
